Your Right to Deletion

Under applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Perfcent. This page covers two scenarios:

• Business owners / staff — request deletion of your Perfcent account and all associated business data.
• End customers (WhatsApp users) — request deletion of your personal data stored by a business using Perfcent.

What Gets Deleted

• Your name, email address, and login credentials
• Your WhatsApp phone number and display name
• Your order history, quotes, and payment records
• Any delivery addresses or notes you provided
• Conversation transcripts stored in the Perfcent system

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Certain records may be retained for the minimum period required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax compliance) and will be deleted as soon as the retention obligation expires.

How Long It Takes

We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. For complex requests we may ask for additional verification to protect your data from unauthorised deletion requests.
