A proper invoice from your phone, in naira or dollars. Free, and you do not need an account.
What you get
- Your business name, contact details and bank account on every invoice
- A number for each invoice when you issue it, so your records stay in order
- As many lines as you need, with quantities, prices and an optional discount
- Naira or US dollars
- VAT at 7.5% when you tick it, worked out on the price after any discount, as section 149 of the Nigeria Tax Act 2025 says
- On a VAT invoice, the details section 153 asks for: your tax ID, your address and the date of supply
- Customers you bill often, saved for next time
- A PDF that shows the naira sign properly, to download or share on WhatsApp
Where your invoices are kept
Without an account, your invoices are saved on your own phone or computer. We do not keep a copy, and nothing you type is sent to us.
That also means clearing your browser data or changing phone removes them, so keep your PDFs.
A free Perfcent account keeps your work in the cloud, next to your sales, stock and customers. Moving the invoices already on your phone into an account is coming soon.
