Last updated: May 2026By creating a Perfcent account or using any Perfcent service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Perfcent. These terms apply to business owners, their staff, and any person who accesses the Perfcent platform on behalf of a business.
Perfcent is a commerce and CRM platform that lets small and medium businesses manage orders, customers, payments, and communications via a WhatsApp-first interface and an online dashboard. Perfcent uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API to facilitate messaging between businesses and their customers.
You agree not to use Perfcent to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Your use of WhatsApp messaging through Perfcent is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You agree to comply with those policies. Perfcent is not liable for any suspension of your WhatsApp Business number by Meta.
All Perfcent software, designs, trademarks, and content are the property of Perfcent and its licensors. You retain ownership of your business data and customer data. By using Perfcent, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfcent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time via the Settings page or by emailing support@perfcent.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or an in-dashboard notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Perfcent after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, unless prohibited by law.
